PHY Automation Manager

What you'll do:

• Recruitment and establishment of a PHY Automation & Validation team for our all G’s PHY and RF modules.
• Management of RF testing and automation engineers and establishment of an efficient teamwork method.
• Execution of PHY/RF test plans according to 3gpp specification.
• Lead the development of automation procedures for the team’s usage.
• Working in collaboration with PHY and RF System teams.

What you should have:

• Proven experience in team management or technical leadership
• At least 6 years of experience in wireless communication/ PHY layer/ RF testing.
• Working experience with RF lab test equipment
• Previous experience with test equipment automation procedures
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), team worker and ability to thrive in a global multi-site environment
• Accountable, leader and ability to motivate people/teams 

Education

• B.Sc in Electrical/Computer Engineering
