Physical Therapist ‐ Home Health ‐ (PT ‐ HH)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2487.51 ‐ $2725.68
How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks 4. Schedule of assignment hours? M‐F 8‐5 5. Will there be any weekend rotation? yes, every 10 weeks, 2 admissions 6. Will there be any on call? no 7. What region are you in? Home health 8. What territory this contractor will be asked to cover? Portland metro 9. What's creating the need for a contractor? ‐ work load 11.
