Failure to comply with the Company's policies and procedures onpatient privacy may result in disciplinary action up to and includingtermination of employment.• May access protectedhealth information and other patient information only to the extent that isnecessary to complete job duties. May only share such information with thosewho have a need to know specific patient information in order to complete jobresponsibilities related to treatment, payment or other Company operations.• Encouraged and expectedto report, without the threat of retaliation, any concerns regarding theCompany's policies and procedures on patient privacy and any observed practicesin violation of that policy to the designated Privacy Officer.• Expected to activelyparticipate in Company privacy training.• Required to communicateprivacy policy information to coworkers, students, patients and others inaccordance with Company policy.• Comply with OSHA,federal and state regulations.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative ofthose that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essentialfunctions of this job. The position walks, sits, stands, bends, lifts and movescontinually during working hours. The position is subject to lifting objectsweighing over 50 pounds, pushing wheel chairs, and transporting and supportingresidents. The employee must be constantly alert for resident safety.TravelNotravel is expected for this position.Required Education and ExperienceDegreein Physical Therapy.Preferred Education and ExperienceContinuingEducation courses.Additional Eligibility QualificationsMust hold active license or plan to test in the near futureto hold license as a Physical Therapist in the state in which you intend towork.
