Creekside Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation is hiring a full-time licensed PT to join our dynamic outpatient team in Portland, OR.
Our clinic partners closely with podiatric and orthopedic providers, fostering an integrated care model that supports exceptional outcomes and coordinated treatment plans.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate excellent, individualized patient care, as best supported by current best evidence, and a positive, welcoming, empowering growth mindset & attitude.
- Act to ensure excellent patient care, patient experience and clinical outcomes for all staff members including Physical Therapists and support staff.
- Live the company’s mission, vision, values and operational standards.
- Must be able to consult with other health professionals when developing a treatment plan for the patient.
- Must be able to work an established schedule with flexibility according to daily clinic needs and complete accurate documentation through EMR software in a timely fashion.
- Therapist will be expected to work effectively with support staff & other therapists.
- Must participate to the growth of the clinic through marketing and participation in local events.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrate excellent work ethic, confidence and independence through a positive & engaging personality.
- Proficient in technology and able to utilize effectively in the clinic setting.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.
- Hold in good standing or be eligible for a state of Oregon Physical Therapy license.
- Advanced, relevant certification (OCS, SCS, etc.) and/or specialty certification preferred.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
