Physical Therapist ‐ Skilled ‐ (PT ‐ Skilled)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1607.95 ‐ $1761.90

Reputable SNF is looking for a highly motivated and energetic physical therapist to join the team in Cresco/New Hampton, IA. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Skilled
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)

Preferred Qualifications
Travel experience is preferred.
IA License ‐ BLS
SNF/LTC Experience
Covid Vaccination/Booster
