Physical Therapist ‐ Skilled ‐ (PT ‐ Skilled)
StartDate: 5/22/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1746.00 ‐ $1816.00

Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Skilled
Licenses: PTA‐IL
Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

SNF‐1 yr exp
