Physician Assistant | Colorado Mountains | 30k Sign-On | 4 Day Week

A well-established critical access hospital located in an iconic Colorado mountain town, is looking for an experienced Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician Assistant to join their growing team.

This position offers a great work life balance with the ability for a broad scope of practice including ambulatory care, emergency medicine, and limited inpatient work - all while being in the heart of the Rocky Mountains.

**Two years of experience preferred.

The Opportunity:
• 4-day work week with ER coverage, no weekends required.
• Traditional family medicine model with opportunity to do outpatient, and light ER work.
• Lucrative base salary between 130k-160k.
• 30k of sign-on incentives.
• Up to 400 hours of PTO annually.
