• Busy practice with instant volume
• Join the team of 3 physicians and 3 APPs
• Family practice seeing patients from newborn through elderly
• Schedule: 4 nine-hours days contracted weekly
• Call: rotating on-call schedule, one provider per day during open clinic hours only
• Located 1 hour from MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center- Mason City, a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital- named Top 100 Hospital nationally

Candidates

• Board Certified as a PA; must be able to obtain an Iowa medical license, DEA, and CSA as well as MercyOne North Iowa medical staff privileges
