Physician Assistant (PA) – Elko, NV | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus | 4-Day Workweek

Premise Health is seeking a Full-Time Physician Assistant to join our on-site health center in Elko, Nevada, serving employees and their dependents. This is a unique opportunity to work a Friday–Monday schedule with extended hours on weekdays and shorter shifts on weekends, offering excellent work-life balance.

Schedule:

• Friday & Monday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical exams and preventive screenings
• Administer injections, immunizations, wound care, and infection management
• Develop and implement patient care plans and provide follow-up instructions
• Educate patients on health maintenance and treatment adherence
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Prescribe medications and recommend therapeutic treatments
• Maintain accurate medical records using EMR systems

Qualifications:

• Active state license and national certification (NCCPA)
• Board of Pharmacy Prescribing License (required in NV)
• Graduate of ARC-PA accredited program
• Federal DEA license and state-controlled substance license (as applicable)
• CPR/BLS certification (hands-on evaluation required)
• 1+ year of clinical experience preferred (ambulatory care, family practice, occupational health, or emergency medicine)
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace health concepts preferred
• Strong EMR and computer skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary range: $106,496 – $133,120 (based on experience)
