Complies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant program

Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):

All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

• BLS‐I ‐ Basic Life Support ‐ Instructor or BLS ‐ Basic Life Support
• NP ‐ Nurse Practitioner‐ NPs are required to have their acute care certification
• CNP ‐ Cert Nurse Practitioner‐ NPs are required to have their acute care certification
• PA ‐ Physician Asst
• RN‐COMPACT ‐ RN ‐ Multi‐state Compact or RN ‐ Reg Nurse (Single State)
