Join a collegial team of 7 Family Medicine Physicians and 4 APCs as well as specialty providers in Cardiology, Vascular, Pain Management, Endocrinology, Mammography, Gastro and Wound Care.

Position Highlights:

• Work Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1/2 day of admin time)
• Patient Volume: 18-20 patients per day
• Facility: Christus Mother Frances Jacksonville is a Critical Access Hospital with 25 beds, full service imaging and laboratory
• Technology: AI-integrated services streamline documentation and enhance patient care
• EMR: Epic in both inpatient and outpatient settings
