Opportunity Details

• Outpatient Department of Trinity Health Grand Rapids offering pediatric, adolescent, and adult healthcare
• Located within a beautiful medical center that offers additional services including Lab, Pharmacy, OBGYN, Imaging and Emergency Department convenient for patients
• Office is open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• Practice currently has 10 physicians and 2 APPs
• Facility open Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Unrestricted call requirement rotated with other family medicine physicians
• Very close knit, collaborative office with a supportive environment
• Opportunity to teach Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows

Requirements

• Open to new graduates
• Physician must be board certified or board eligible (must become certified within 2 years)
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license
• BLS certification (must be maintained)

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

• Providing direct patient care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Participating in teaching and mentoring
• Documenting in Epic EMR
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting community health efforts
