Santa Rosa Medical Center in Milton, FL is looking for a BC/BE Family Medicine/GME Director. Santa Rosa Medical Center will be launching a Family Medicine Residency program in 2026.

• Full-time, employed position
• GME leader experience required
• Time will be split as primary care provider and leadership services for residency program
• Outpatient only clinic

Santa Rosa Medical Group currently has 42 employed providers, 15 locations, 18 primary care physicians and two walk-in clinics.
