Physician - Hematologist/Oncologist

Fairview Health Services is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our community practice at our Cancer Clinic in Wyoming, Minnesota. Nestled into the serenity of sparkling lakes, luscious wetlands and scenic open spaces, Wyoming, MN is located just 25 miles north of St. Paul and Minneapolis.

Practice details:

• Join a close-knit practice working with 1 other physician and an Advanced Practice Provider at this clinic which includes ample support staff. This site is part of our collaborative Twin Cities east region that consists of an established group of 6 physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers.
• Affiliated with the University of Minnesota, our community clinics provide exceptional, patient-centered care along with the ability to enroll patients in leading-edge clinical trials and tumor boards.
• Openings: 1 FTE (flexible schedule) plus shared inpatient rounding responsibilities.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME Hematology/Oncology fellowship-training program.
• Board eligible/certified in Hematology and Oncology with the America Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association
• Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure
• Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
