Physician – Internal Medicine in New York

Job Details:

• Internal Medicine
• Practicing/No residents
• Outpatient Practice setting
• Monday- Friday with option to practice 4 days per week

• Preventive care: Annual physicals, wellness exams, screenings, and vaccinations.
• Chronic disease management: Ongoing care for conditions like diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and heart disease.
• Acute care: Diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses and minor injuries.
• Coordination of care: Referrals to specialists and follow-up management.
• Patient-centered approach: Focus on building long-term relationships and improving health outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine
• Active New York license upon start date
• Minimum 1 year of primary care experience (preferably 2 years; urgent care-only experience not suitable)
• Salary & Compensation Structure/ Benefits: Awaiting details from client
• New Windsor, NY location
