Physician, Obstetrician/Gynecologist

Loudoun Ob/Gyn and Midwives is a well-established, collaborative private practice in the suburbs of Washington DC, seeking BC/BE Ob/Gyn to join our team. We are a 4 physician group with 4 Certified Nurse Midwives, affiliated primarily with Inova Loudoun Hospital and also Stone Springs Hospital.

Loudoun Ob/Gyn offers comprehensive women's healthcare services. Obstetric population is a mix of low and high risk. Our midwives and doctors work together to provide collaborative, evidence-based care. We have in-office fetal monitor and ultrasound. MFM consultation is readily available and collaborative on high risk patients if needed. Doctors have a dedicated hospital day for surgery and inductions without office hours that day. Our doctors practice a wide range of GYN surgery including minimally invasive Gynecologic surgery including DaVinci robotic surgery and TLH, vaginal surgery, TOT, and prolapse surgery. We also offer in office cystometrics and pelvic floor physical therapy.

Doctor's schedule is typically 24 hours/week in office and one hospital day, office closes early on Friday. Call is 1:4 with midwives taking first call. Position offers 5 weeks vacation and one week CME, competitive salary, benefits, malpractice. Loudoun Ob/Gyn is part of Loudoun Medical Group, the largest physician-owned multi specialty group in Northern Virginia with over 300 providers, providing management services, EMR, and integration of care. Partnership track is available. The current physicians have been practicing together for 18-26 years. 

Inova Loudoun Hospital is a 267-bed community hospital with national recognition for excellence. A brand new patient tower opened in 2020 with a new Labor and Delivery with featuring 12 LDRPS, Postpartum, Level 3 NICU,  24/7 anesthesia, OB/Gyn hospitalist backup for emergencies, 3 Cesarean ORs, and antenatal testing center with MFM. Our main office is across the street from the hospital.

Loudoun County, just 25 miles from Washington DC, provides an excellent quality of life with family-friendly communities, excellent schools, outdoor activities, hiking, wineries, restaurants, festivals, cultural attractions and access to all the museums and history of nearby DC and Virginia. Easy access to Silver Line Metro into DC and 15 minutes from Dulles International Airport.
