Physician - Psychiatry - Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization

Fairview is seeking BE/BC Psychiatrist with Addiction Medicine training to join our M Health Fairview Mental Health Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization programs in Forest Lake, MN, and join our M Health Fairview Recovery Services (Substance Use) Intensive Outpatient Treatment programs throughout the health system.

Our IOP and Partial Hospitalization programs provide a group-based approach that focuses on stabilization through psychotherapy, education, and skill development.

Substance Use Disorder Outpatient Treatment program offers comprehensive treatment options, including telehealth, for people with substance use disorders. All our programs are available via telehealth services.

Practice Details:

• Join a team of Psychiatrists and APRNs serving them M Health Fairview Clinic System.
• Schedule details: M-F. Flexible hours
• Call Frequency: No Call at this time
• Openings: 1.0 FTE, Full Time

 Qualifications: 

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME Psychiatry residency training program and Addiction Medicine fellowship program
• Board eligible/certified with the ABPN
• Licensed or ability to acquire medical license and DEA in the State of Minnesota and meet threshold criteria/qualifications for credentialing and privileges.
