The Ideal Candidate
- Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Urology
- Arizona licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Current DEA prescribing privileges
- Collaborative team player ready to elevate our growing program
- Diverse patient care experience in dynamic healthcare settings
Practice Excellence: Where Your Career Thrives
- Competitive Compensation: $675,000 - $700,000
- Sign-on/Relocation Incentive: $75,000
- Work-Life Balance: Just 2 clinic days weekly (shared APP rotation)
- Dedicated OR Access: Guaranteed surgical time for optimal patient care
- Manageable Call: Only 14 days monthly
- Expert Support: Dedicated Advanced Practice Provider assistance
