Position Overview: Cade Hill Homes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pick-Up Framer to support framing completion, punch-out, and quality control efforts. The ideal candidate will be an experienced framer who can read and interpret plans, coordinate site tasks, and provide direction to subcontractors and laborers. This position plays a critical role in ensuring framing work meets high standards and is completed on time. Key Responsibilities: • Perform framing punch work and small framing tasks as required throughout projects • Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents accurately • Provide instruction and support to subcontractors and laborers on-site • Ensure framing and structural tasks comply with Cade Hill Homes standards and local codes • Work with the superintendent and project manager to troubleshoot and resolve issues • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite • Deliver framing materials, hardware, or tools when needed • Support construction progress and quality assurance efforts across multiple jobsites • Perform general labor duties including site clean-up, debris removal, minor material handling, jobsite organization, and assisting with other tasks as directed Qualifications: • 3+ years of hands-on framing experience in residential construction • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Fluent in English; Spanish-speaking ability strongly preferred • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Preferred Attributes: • Familiarity with Seattle/Eastside construction practices (preferred high-end homes) • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Ability to communicate clearly with trades, supervisors, and vendors Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive pay based on experience • Gas reimbursement • Two weeks paid vacation • 10 paid holidays annually • Employer-paid health and dental insurance for the employee • Opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses Job Type: Full-time Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off Work Location: In person
