Pipe Fitter and/or Pipe Welder (Water & Wastewater Industry)

Position Overview: We are currently seeking experienced Pipe Fitters and Pipe Welders to join our growing team. In this role, you will be integral to fabricating custom piping systems that meet the needs of our customers in the water and wastewater sectors. This position requires a strong background in pipe fitting and welding, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: • Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications to understand fabrication requirements. • Measure, cut, and prepare pipes to precise lengths and dimensions. • Fit and weld pipes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision. • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure welds meet industry standards. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. • Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications: • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred. • 3+ years of experience in pipe fitting and/or welding. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Valid driver’s license required. • Ability to operate a forklift. • Must be able to pass testing and certification as per ASTM Section IX BPVC for both Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel.
