Pipe Forman / Pipe Layer / Equipment Operator / Laborer

Overview We are seeking Laborers, Skilled Pipelayers, Equipment Operators and Crew Leaders to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in laying pipes for water, sewage, and other utilities, ensuring that all installations are completed accurately and efficiently. This role prefers a strong understanding of construction site operations, and some positions require the ability to operate heavy equipment safely and manage pipe crews. Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain various types of piping systems and lift stations for water, sewage, and drainage. • Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of piping systems is a Plus. • Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders and bulldozers for excavation and material handling is a Plus. • Utilize pipe lasers to ensure proper alignment and grade of pipes during installation is a Plus. • Collaborate with other construction workers to ensure project timelines are met. • Conduct regular inspections of installed piping systems to identify any issues or required maintenance is a Plus. • Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment on the construction site is mandatory. Qualifications • Proven experience in pipelaying or related construction work is preferred. • Proficiency in operating heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, and bulldozers is a Plus. • Familiarity with pipe laser technology for accurate installation is a Plus. • Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings related to piping systems is a Plus. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure. • Must be able to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. • Willing to work well with others while also learning and teaching as necessary.
