We are supporting anindustrial contractorwith projects in the Phoenix area, focusing on large-scale piping and utility systems. Position Overview We are seekingexperienced Pipe Weldersto work onindustrial piping projects. This position involves weldingcarbon steel and stainless steel piping systemsforhigh-pressure and high-temperature hot oil applications. Welders will be working withpiping up to 16” diameter, performing work in compliance withASME IX, AWS, and EN standards. Key Responsibilities • PerformSMAW, GTAW, and FCAWwelding on carbon steel and stainless steel piping. • Read and interpretWPS, PQRs, and blueprintsto execute welds to project requirements. • Fit, prepare, and weldbevelled, threaded, and plain-end pipes. • Ensure weld quality that meetsradiographic, hydrostatic, bend, and tensile testing standards. • Collaborate with inspectors and supervisors to maintain compliance and safety. • Work in amulti-trade industrial environmentalongside other skilled professionals. Qualifications • 3–5+ years ofindustrial pipe welding experience(oil/gas, utility, or heavy construction preferred). • ASME IX qualificationsin SMAW and GTAW required (FCAW a plus). • Ability to passbend, tensile, and radiographic testing. • Familiarity withhot oil piping systems, metallurgy, and pre/post-weld procedures. • Strong commitment tosafety and quality assurance.
