We are looking for an enthusiastic Placement student - Materials and logistics to join our team Material operations in the warehouse of Darlington. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential ! This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence 1 July 2025.

This position is full time on site in the warehouse of Darlington.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Support on the well functioning of the daily activities of the warehouse in Darlington.
• Analyzing downtime data, KPI's, the inbound and outbound of the warehouse to meet the targets.
• Contact with the suppliers for the material orders.
• Process and report safety incidents into the trackers, regarding the safety audits.
• Being involved in the inventories.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• A STEM degree or training in logistics.
• Microsoft package and Excel, knowledge of Oracle is a plus.
• Organized, enthusiastic, willing to make a change.
• Health and safety mindset.
