Planner I

Job Description

• Backlog management: To manage customer orders to ensure that they are fulfilled in a timely manner and work closely with various departments to prioritize orders based on urgency and customer requirements.
• Supply chain planning: To align with BU on the demand forecast and work on assembly die kitting to ensure supply is able to meet customer demand.
• DOI control: To maintain DOI which involves inventory management, and contribute efforts to reduce excess inventory.
• Divisions revenue plan: To manage shipments to meet BU revenue plan
• Customers OTD: To ensure customer orders are delivered on time by tracking delivery schedule, and identify any potential delays and communicate with respective team to ensure orders will be delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• 2-5 years planning experience
• Computer literature (Microsoft Excel / Word / Power Point).
• Strong analysis skills and ability to work in dynamic condition.
• Proactive and passionate in planning field.
• Fluent in English in both oral and written.
• Posses strong problem solving, communicate and interpersonal skills.
