Description and Requirements
We are part of Lenovo LAS services vertical, who is responsible for the right and on time support of Customer's Warranties. We are looking for LAS Planning Analyst, who will be responsible for planning analysis for PCs, Monitors and Tablets & Smarth devices. Lenovo and ThinkPad brands.
Key responsibilities include forecast, backlog & inventory control, looking for different options to reduce cost: harvesting, full swap, local purchases and component level repair.
You should be able to Support parts service area, demand projections and critical consumption orders.
Role Description:
- Analyze planning results for each LAS country (AR,CL,CO,MX & PE)
- E&O Analysis
- Prepare and send weekly reports to measure progress
- Understand and support services consumption orders processes and fulfillment.
- Understand and support local repair projects.
- Manage inventory levels
- Work on improvement projects
- Availability to have calls with NA and China in different timetable
- Experience in manage high volume of PNs or SKUs
Position Requirements:
- Graduated in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- 3 to 5 years of work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Business oriented approach
- Strong teamwork skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- English language - fluent
- Knowledge SAP - Excel - Power point-
- Project management-PBI-Data analysis (nice to have).
