Plant Foreperson - Plants and Asphalt (Swanton, VT)

What you can expect

• $25.00/hour or more depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential Annual increase potential
• Annual increase potential
• OT after 8
• Paid Time Off
• $1,000 Referral Bonuses - unlimited

What you will do

• Coordinate asphalt plant activity
• Communicate daily workload.
• Facilitate scheduling of liquids, aggregate and plant start up
• Supervise team
• Basic computer skills and strong communication and organization skills
• Must possess a working knowledge and understanding of Mine, Safety, Health, Regulations
