Innovative Industries Northwest, Inc. is a thermal plastic injection molding and assembly shop located in Seattle. We are in a growth phase, continuously adding state of the art equipment and are working toward adding more capabilities such as vacuum-forming and mold manufacturing.

Job Duties:
- Operate and maintain molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts
- Set up molds and adjust machine settings to achieve desired specifications
- Use understanding of plastic materials for processing, mixing, and drying
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments to ensure product quality
- Inspect finished products for defects and perform quality checks
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during production
- Breakdown machines and prep molds for storage
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in plastic injection molding
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency with hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
