Our work environment includes: • Friendly atmosphere • Safe work environment • Growth and professional development opportunities Job Duties: - Operate and maintain molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts - Set up molds and adjust machine settings to achieve desired specifications - Use understanding of plastic materials for processing, mixing, and drying - Monitor production processes and make adjustments to ensure product quality - Inspect finished products for defects and perform quality checks - Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during production - Breakdown machines and prep molds for storage - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: - Previous experience in plastic injection molding - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency with hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers - Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is an advantage Please note that this position requires physical strength and stamina as it can involve standing for extended periods of time and lifting heavy objects.
