Our boutique Aesthetic Plastic Surgery practice on Park Avenue is searching for a warm, energetic, and dedicated Plastic Surgery Nurse to join our team. This is an opportunity to work in a beautiful, state-of-the-art accredited surgical facility alongside a highly skilled surgeon and a close-knit, supportive staff. About the Role As one of the primary clinical contacts for our patients, you will play an integral role in guiding individuals through every stage of their cosmetic surgery journey—from the first inquiry to their recovery and follow-up care. The position blends both clinical responsibilities and nursing administrative duties in a dynamic, patient-focused environment. Responsibilities • Deliver compassionate, concierge-level care to patients considering or undergoing aesthetic plastic surgery • Educate and support patients through their preoperative process • Coordinate labs, testing, and informed consents for procedures • Prepare patients on the day of surgery • Circulate in the operating room and assist during procedures • Provide post-anesthesia recovery (PACU) care • Manage postoperative care, including drain and suture removal, and follow-up visits • Maintain medical supply inventory, stock exam rooms, and oversee sterilization protocols • Support administrative functions such as patient records, photo documentation, phone triage, and paperwork • Assist the surgeon in clinic during patient hours What We’re Looking For • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in New York State • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Warm, professional, and engaging demeanor • Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced setting • Genuine interest in plastic surgery, aesthetics, beauty, and wellness • Comfort with electronic medical record (EMR) systems Salary & Benefits • Full-time position • Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience • Work in a premier Park Avenue office with a collaborative, talented team • A unique chance to build meaningful relationships with patients in a private, high-visibility practice This is a rare opportunity for a nurse who values excellence, enjoys working in an intimate practice setting, and wants to make a real difference in patients’ lives.
