Platform Product Manager (IDP & IAM

Platform Product Manager – CVS (IDP & IAM Services) Stellantis has created a new software organization in its journey to become a mobility tech company. As a Platform Product Manager – CVS (IDP & IAM) within the Software Organization, you will be responsible for your product's vision, strategy, and roadmap of our IDP (Identity Provider) and IAM (Identity and Access Management) connected vehicle services. You will be working closely with cross functional products and business stakeholders to ensure the platform supports their features and is easily adaptable to future customer needs. You will set priorities and lead execution to achieve committed results. We are looking for a world class product leader and innovator to join our highperforming leadership team to shape the future.

Job responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with customer facing Product managers to prioritize backlog for CVS • Manage Platform Product requirements for CVS • Work with cross functional teams to refine requirements for CVS • Ensure the product backlog reflects the vision and strategy defined and agreed with Project Responsible • Work with Internal stakeholders to understand and prioritize backlog. • Ensure that authentication and authorization solutions adhere to industry security standards and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with security teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks and vulnerabilities. • Maintain a product backlog to meet stakeholder needs that is transparent, visible, and well understood. • Document detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Coordinate dependencies with other product owners within the software organization. • Support communication of delivery timelines, status, risks, and escalations to the leadership team • Build relationships with key stakeholders and other influencers who contribute to the definition and ongoing support of the new delivery software platform. • Consider flexibility and scalability as core attributes of the platform. The minimum requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Information Technology, or other directly related field

• A minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience preferably in data-driven or technology-focused roles

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on identity and access management solutions.

• Strong understanding of IDP, IAM, SSO (Single Sign-On), MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), and related technologies.

• Strong understanding of authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML) and authorization frameworks (e.g., RBAC, ABAC).

• Experience working in agile development environments and managing cross-functional teams.

• Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and enterprise security software.

• Understanding of API management and integration with third-party systems.

• Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success
