Plumber

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems including sinks, toilets, pipes, and water heaters. • Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify leaks or malfunctions. • Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions. • Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters and HVAC technicians on remodeling projects. • Assemble and install valves, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools. • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their plumbing needs. Skills • Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools related to plumbing work. • Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques. • Experience in remodeling projects is a plus. • Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials needed for jobs. • Ability to weld when necessary for specific plumbing tasks. • Familiarity with HVAC systems is advantageous. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
