Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to building codes and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or questions
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including pipe materials, fittings, and fixtures
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment
- Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, and estimating material requirements
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues
- HVAC experience is a plus
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Carpentry or maintenance person skills are beneficial for performing related tasks in construction plumbing
Requirements:
- State of Illinois plumbing license
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
