Plumber - Commercial Construction

Position Overview We are looking for anexperienced Commercial Construction Plumberwith a strong background ingroundwork, rough-in installations, andblueprint reading. This role involves working on new construction projects, installing plumbing systems according to plans, and ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards. Key Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems forcommercial construction projects. • Performunderground groundworkandrough-in plumbingfor new builds. • Read, interpret, and work fromblueprints, plans, and technical drawings. • Lay out, measure, and cut piping materials according to specifications. • Ensure installations comply with all relevant plumbing codes and safety regulations. • Collaborate with general contractors, foremen, and other trades to complete projects on time. • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related issues during construction. • Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite at all times. Qualifications • Valid Plumbing License(State-issued, Journeyman or Master preferred). • 3+ years of experienceincommercial construction plumbing. • Proven expertise ingroundwork, underground piping, and rough-in installations. • Strong ability toread and interpret blueprints and plans. • Familiarity with commercial building codes and safety requirements. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Physical stamina to perform manual labor, lift heavy materials, and work outdoors in various conditions. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
