Plumber

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction plumbing, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role involves working on various plumbing systems, performing installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks in both residential and commercial settings. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all work complies with local codes and regulations while delivering high-quality service to our clients. Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in accordance with building codes and safety regulations. • Read and interpret scope of work. • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for various plumbing tasks. • Perform Re Pipes, Sewer Re Pipe, Find and fix water leaks, Trouble shoot problems to make repair. • Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. • Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project timelines are met. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and providing solutions. • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. • Assist with heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs. Experience • Proven experience in construction plumbing is essential; additional maintenance person experience is a plus. • Familiarity with HVAC systems is beneficial for comprehensive service delivery. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. • Experience in carpentry and remodeling projects is advantageous for integrated service offerings. • Basic math skills are necessary for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks. • Prior experience working on construction sites is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of site protocols and teamwork.
