Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction plumbing and the ability to work effectively on various projects, including residential and commercial installations. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations. • Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems. • Utilize power tools and hand tools for various plumbing tasks, including pipe threading and installation. • Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project completion. • Perform routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to prevent future issues. • Troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. • Ensure cleanliness and safety on the construction site during all phases of work. • Assist with HVAC installations as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in construction plumbing or a related field. • Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings. • Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in plumbing tasks. • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations. • Ability to work well as part of a team or independently as required. • Previous experience as a maintenance person or carpenter is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods while working on-site.
