Overview: We are seeking a skilledPlumberto join our team. While we take on a mix of work,our primary focus is on service plumbingrather than new residential construction. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting and repairing plumbing systems in real-world scenarios, with a strong understanding of plumbing principles and techniques applicable in service environments. Responsibilities: • Install, inspect, and repair pipes, fixtures, and appliances in compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations. • Perform service-oriented tasks such as diagnosing and fixing leaks, clogs, and system malfunctions. • Use hand tools and specialized equipment efficiently to complete repairs and maintenance. • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to reduce system failures. • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, often unpredictable service environment. • Assist with remodeling and repair projects that may involve heavy lifting and manual labor. • Operate company vehicles and equipment as needed for service calls. • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction with every job. Skills & Qualifications: • Strong background in service plumbing, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues. • Proficiency in pipe threading and other essential plumbing techniques. • Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting and working in confined spaces. • Familiarity with hand tools and industry-specific diagnostic equipment. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Understanding of HVAC systems is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and respond effectively to urgent service calls.
