Plumber (Residential Service) - Up to a $3000 Sign On Bonus

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, construction, and HVAC systems. This role involves working on various construction sites, where you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems. The successful candidate will be comfortable using hand tools and power tools, reading blueprints, and performing heavy lifting as needed. Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. • Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools. • Read and interpret blueprints to understand plumbing layouts and specifications. • Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. • Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and HVAC technicians. • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations. • Perform heavy lifting as required during installation or repair tasks. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites. Requirements • Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry. • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks. • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. • Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus but not mandatory. • Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various conditions. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team on construction sites. • A valid plumbing license or certification is preferred but not required.
