Plumber Technician

As a growing business, we’re excited to expand our team and are looking for a skilled and reliable Plumbing Technician to join us. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, full-time Plumbing Technician who can handle a wide variety of residential and commercial plumbing jobs and drain cleaning. The ideal candidate is dependable, knowledgeable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: • Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems and drain cleaning • Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Accurately document work performed, parts used, and hours worked Qualifications: • Minimum of 4 years experience as a Plumbing Technician • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Must have their own van, plumbing tools, and drain cleaning machines Schedule & Compensation: • Full-time position (40 hours/week, regular scheduled week TBD) • Commission-based pay starting at 25% with potential to increase based on performance and experience • Paid sick leave Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
