Job Description
Plumber/Drain Technician
We are seeking a skilled and dependableDrain Technicianto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, cleaning, and repairing residential and commercial drainage systems. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service.
Primary Responsibilities
• Inspect and diagnose drainage systems using appropriate tools and technology (e.g., video inspection equipment)
• Clear blockages using methods such as snaking, hydro-jetting, and rodding
• Repair or replace damaged pipes, fittings, or drainage components
• Communicate clearly with customers about issues, solutions, and maintenance recommendations
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time on job
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
• Maintain and properly use all tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed (may require evenings/weekend
• Flexible Hours available
Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
• 3 – 5 or more years of residential service plumbing experience or completion of a formal apprenticeship with plumbing service experience.
• Experience using diagnostic cameras and hydro-jetting equipment
• Basic understanding of plumbing codes and standards
• Strong technical skills: Pipe cutting, soldering, brazing, drain cleaning, repiping, water heaters, faucets, toilets, water leak detection, full residential plumbing services.
• Excellent math, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
• Outstanding customer service and communication
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Preferred:
• Experience with residential plumbing service and sales.
• Additional maintenance or trade experience
Physical Requirements
This role requires physical stamina and dexterity, including:
• Regular lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling of up to 50?lb; occasional heavy lifting up to 100?lb.
• Climbing ladders and scaffolds; working at heights
• Repetitive bending, kneeling, stooping, crawling, and twisting
• Working in confined spaces and varied environmental conditions—heat, cold, dust, odors
• Full manual dexterity and use of hand and power tools
• Excellent balance, coordination, and sustained physical endurance

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
