As anPlumbing Comfort Advisor,you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying customer needs and providing tailored Plumbing solutions. This role involves engaging with potential and existing customers, conducting comprehensive assessments of their underground needs, and recommending appropriate products and services to enhance comfort. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of Plumbing (especially underground pipes, drains, etc.) , and a strong sales acumen. What We Offer! • Industry-leading benefits package • Competitive Pay • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • PTO • Paid Holidays • 401(k), IRA • Company Vehicle, Gas Card, and Tablet Responsibilities: • Meet with potential customers to discuss their Plumbing needs and preferences. • Conduct in-home evaluations to assess the current Plumbing system and identify opportunities for improvement. • Explain the features and benefits of various Plumbing products and services. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Plumbing products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals. • Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system. • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Qualifications: • Plumbing experience is not required but is a plus. • Minimum 2 years of sales experience • Excellent Communicator • B2C sales experience or aptitude • In-home sales • Must be able to read and write in English. • Strong decision-making abilities • Comfortable navigating through multiple software systems Pay Transparency: The starting salary for this opportunity ranges as it is commission-based; the anticipated first-year earnings average$60k–$225k.Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
