Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual for the position of . This role is essential in overseeing various aspects of Plumbing new construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Plumbing new construction management, with proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. Responsibilities • Manage and supervise Plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. • Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam for project management and documentation. • Develop project schedules ensuring efficient allocation of resources. • Oversee contract negotiations and management to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Implement OSHA standards to maintain a safe working environment on construction sites. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately. • Prepare detailed construction Change orders and/or back charges • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and plumbers to ensure smooth project execution. • Provide training and supervision to junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Experience • Proven experience in Plumbing with a strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and supervising • Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam • Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. • Previous experience working on supervisory position of at least 5 years. • Knowledge of quality control processes within the Plumbing industry is required. • Understanding of OSHA regulations related to workplace safety in construction environments is necessary.
