Plumbing Foreman

Immediately hiring a highly skilled and licensed Plumbing Foreman to lead and coordinate commercial plumbing operations across multiple job sites. This position requires a licensed Journeyman Plumber with proven leadership abilities, deep knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, and experience managing multiple crews and projects simultaneously. The Plumbing Foreman will ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with code and design specifications. Pay is $30-$35/hr. depending on experience Shift is Mon-Fri 6:30am-3pm (overtime as needed) Plumbing Foreman duties: * Supervise and manage plumbing crews on multiple commercial construction projects. * Oversee the layout, installation, and inspection of plumbing systems including water, sewer, storm, gas, and hydronic systems. * Coordinate manpower and resources across all active job sites to meet project schedules and budgets. * Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications. * Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines. * Collaborate with general contractors, subcontractors, project managers, and other trades to resolve conflicts and maintain workflow. * Ensure plumbing systems meet local and national plumbing codes and standards. * Order and manage materials, tools, and equipment for multiple projects. * Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of plumbing apprentices and journeymen. * Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, labor tracking, and progress updates. * Enforce company safety policies and participate in toolbox talks, inspections, and site-specific safety plans. Requirements: * Valid Journeyman Plumber License (state-specific; [Insert State License Info if applicable]) * Minimum 6 years of commercial plumbing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role * Experience managing multiple job sites or large-scale projects simultaneously * Strong understanding of plumbing codes, mechanical systems, and commercial installation practices * Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications * OSHA 30 certification preferred (or ability to obtain) * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to drive company vehicle between job sites Please call/text 210-664-2680 #vipstaffing #zrsat
