Plumbing Install Expert

Grow, excel, and earn your potential at Harts Services! We are seeking Plumbing Install Experts to join our team of professionals that care more. The Harts Plumbing Install Expert will layout and repair plumbing systems and lead customers to peace-of-mind during installations using the Harts service process. This full-time position is Monday-Friday, and includes some overtime. Job duties include: • Evaluates customer plumbing installation; develops a plan of action from sold/agreed-upon estimate and presents to customers using the Harts service process. • Works with customers for a thorough understanding of install process. • Understands install criteria and is accountable for completing jobs on time and under budget. • Completes plumbing and other related in-home installations. • Works closely and communicates with install coordinator, dispatch, install manager and sales experts for optimal customer experience. • Works with and provides education to apprentices, as requested. • Maintains assigned vehicle relative to cleanliness and assessment of hazards/need for repairs Requirements: • PL01 or PL02 License Required • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record Required Benefits: • Competitive Salary: $65/hr. + Bonuses • Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance • Retirement Benefit (401K) • 2 weeks Paid Time Off + 6 paid holidays + 1 Week sick time • Company vehicle We strive to continue growing and evolving on the business side, we never lose sight of our core values — or our company mottoWE CARE MORE.
