Position Overview ThePlumbing Department Managerwill oversee all operations of JWIG’s Plumbing Division — from estimating and manpower planning to field supervision and project closeout. This role is for a proven leader with a strong background in commercial and industrial systems who can balance technical expertise with operational and financial performance. Key Responsibilities • Manage and lead all Plumbing Department operations, including manpower, scheduling, and resource allocation. • Oversee commercial and industrial plumbing installations, renovations, and maintenance projects. • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, local codes, and JWIG quality expectations. • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other department heads for coordinated project delivery. • Develop project estimates, budgets, and proposals. • Track labor, materials, and profitability across multiple active projects. • Mentor and develop team members to advance within the organization. • Foster client relationships that lead to repeat business and long-term partnerships. Qualifications • 7+ years of plumbing experiencein commercial or industrial environments. • 3+ years of leadership or management experience. • Strong understanding of plumbing codes, system design, and industrial piping. • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools. • Active State Plumbing License or equivalent credentials preferred.
