Job Description

Position Summary: Bleuwave is looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveProject Manager – Plumbingto oversee the execution of commercial plumbing construction projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing schedule, budget, and field coordination, ensuring that all plumbing systems are installed per plan, code, and company standards. This role is central to the success of our plumbing division and requires strong leadership, trade knowledge, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Lead day-to-day project management for plumbing scopes on new construction projects • Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget performance • Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs for accuracy and alignment with scope • Manage project buyout, procurement of materials and fixtures, and subcontractor agreements • Develop and maintain project schedules, cost tracking, and forecasts • Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality assurance • Facilitate coordination with other trades (HVAC, electrical, structural, etc.) to resolve field conflicts • Maintain accurate and organized documentation including change orders, meeting notes, and project logs • Act as the point of contact for project owners, GCs, and internal stakeholders • Participate in project close-out including punch list, turnover documentation, and commissioning support Qualifications: • 5+ years of project management experience in commercial plumbing construction • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation methods • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, piping diagrams, and isometric drawings • Familiar with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills • Understanding of job cost tracking, project scheduling, and field coordination • OSHA 30 certification preferred • Journeyman or Master Plumber license (a plus but not required) • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed What We Offer: • Competitive salary + project performance incentives • Company vehicle allowance, phone, laptop, and travel reimbursement • Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO • A collaborative, high-performance environment with career growth opportunities • The chance to be part of a dynamic and rapidly scaling MEP team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Disability insurance • Employee assistance program • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Parental leave • Vision insurance Compensation Package: • Bonus opportunities Schedule: • Day shift • Monday to Friday Ability to Commute: • Tempe, AZ 85282 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Tempe, AZ 85282: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
