Plumbing Project Manager

About the Role • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across all departments including design, purchasing, prefabrication, field, and accounting. • Serve as the central point of contact for clients, general contractors, design teams, and trade partners throughout the project lifecycle. • Oversee document control and project correspondence across several active projects simultaneously. • Lead and mentor project engineer and procurement team members. • Lead change order management and cost controls to maintain financial alignment on projects. • Monitor project performance to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with scope, while proactively identifying and resolving issues. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of project management experience in plumbing contracting. • Proven ability to manage change orders, cost controls, and financial aspects of construction projects. • Demonstrated ability to effectively build and maintain document control systems and coordination across multiple projects. • Strong customer service style communication skills with general contractors, owners, design teams, and trade partners. • A proven collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork. • A self-starter with leadership skills and the ability to guide teams through complex projects.
