Plumbing Service Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative at Christianson Air Conditioning & Plumbing to add to ourSan AntonioPlumbing Department. This position will work with the rest of our CSR team to schedule customers, resolve customer complaints, dispatch our technicians and plumbers, and other duties as assigned. Our Ideal Candidate: The ideal Candidate will be very organized, have some knowledge in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook, have a strong attention to detail, have data entry experience, have time management skills and excellent communication skills with both co-workers and customers and have reliable transportation to and from office. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday. Experience in the Plumbing/Construction industry is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Schedule: • Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: • San Antonio, TX 78266: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person Requirements References and background checks will be required prior to employment.
