Plumbing service man

This role involves performing various plumbing services, including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. The Plumbing Service Man will utilize their mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to ensure all plumbing tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. • Perform pipe threading and assembly tasks as required. • Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively. • Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems. • Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project completion. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding plumbing needs. • Handle heavy lifting as necessary during installations or repairs Requirements • Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing principles • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks. • Experience in carpentry or remodeling is a plus. • Valid commercial driving license mandatory. • Maintenance Person experience is advantageous for this role. • Must be able to perform heavy lifting as needed throughout the day.
