Job Description
We are seeking aPlumbing Technicianwith 2+ years of experience in residential plumbing installations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with strong multitasking and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and associated equipment.
• Repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning plumbing equipment
• Ensure the safety of your crew, company vehicles, equipment, and customer homes.
• Complete assignments independently with minimal supervision.
• Serve as a liaison to enforce company policies and procedures on job sites.
• Demonstrate expertise in plumbing installation and repairs using appropriate tools and equipment.
Skills & Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of residential plumbing experience.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing installation techniques.
• Strong communication skills with customers, team members, dispatch, and management.

Work Conditions:
• Frequent use of hands, arms, and ability to hear and communicate effectively.
• Occasionally required to lift objects up to 75 lbs.
• Regular physical activity, including standing, walking, and climbing ladders.
• Work is performed in residential environments, including attics, garages, crawl spaces, and roofs.
• Specific visual acuity requirements include close and distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.
