Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Plumbing Service Technician with a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in the field. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in troubleshooting complex issues and providing excellent service to both commercial and residential clients. This is a key role within our service team, requiring professionalism, technical skill, and a commitment to quality. Key Responsibilities • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of plumbing systems. • Accurately document service calls, work performed, and parts used within ServiceTitan software. • Provide clear communication to clients regarding repair options, system status, and preventative recommendations. • Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, piping systems, water heaters, and related components. • Mentor and support junior technicians when needed. • Maintain company standards for safety, quality, and customer service. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience as a plumbing service technician (commercial and residential experience preferred). • Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar service management software. • Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Backflow Certification preferred. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
