Salary - $100,000 - $130,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:*
Service Work (Residential & Multi-Family):
• Perform service calls in single-family homes, condos, apartments, and multi-unit buildings.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace plumbing systems with efficiency and professionalism.
• Respond to urgent and emergency calls as part of a rotating schedule.
• Maintain a clean and professional job site, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
Field Leadership:
• Actively supervise and support plumbing technicians in the field.
• Lead by example — demonstrating high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer care.
• Conduct job site audits, coach team members, and assist with complex troubleshooting.
• Enforce plumbing code compliance and company quality standards.
Team Development & Customer Service:
• Mentor, train, and inspire your crew — help build a strong North End service team.
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and provide solutions that reflect our values.
• Build relationships with homeowners, tenants, and property managers built on trust and reliability.
Coordination & Communication:
• Work closely with dispatch and office staff to manage scheduling and job priorities.
• Communicate job status, technician performance, and field issues to leadership.
• Help shape the future of our North End operation through feedback, ideas, and consistent execution.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of plumbing experience in residential or multi-family service.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Active Washington State Journeyman License (PL01 or PL02) required.
• Strong customer service, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to be on-call and respond to emergency calls when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with service software (e.g., ServiceTitan)
• Experience managing or supporting multi-family property maintenance relationships.
• Safety certifications and/or OSHA 10/30.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Schedule & Territory:
• Full-time with rotating on-call schedule (nights/weekends/holidays).
• Field-based throughout the North End territory (e.g., Snohomish County, Northern King County).
